Why our Conference is being re-named as “Eduweek”:
As EAPA-SA and the conference grows, we are developing the concept and aligning to the education services that we provide.
Our week long, annual event is focused on the education of our members; networking; and growth of the industry at large. Our commitment to creating positive change through education and training is now communicated in our new event name.

Join the SA Employee Assistance fraternity at the 20th Annual EAPA-SA and Pan-African Eduweek 2018, where we will showcase cutting edge EAP trends and thoughts on various proactive models, case studies and thought leaders within the EAP, Wellness and HR fields.
We are also proud to be the country chosen to host the Pan-African Congress in 2018. We will be incorporating this platform into our annual event that our SA members are familiar with. At this event you will find international and other African leaders in the field sharing their EAP learnings with our membership.
This year we will host the conference in Port Elizabeth at the Boardwalk Hotel & Conference Centre in the friendly city of Port Elizabeth.
As an event venue, the Boardwalk Hotel, under the Sun International banner, offers a luxury beachfront experience. With their wide array of meeting rooms, conference facilities, breakaway and pause areas, banquet venues, and professionally trained staff, the Boardwalk was an easy choice for this years conference.
With the ability to easily accommodate our delegates on all fronts, we look forward to many productive hours, whilst enjoying the salty air of Port Elizabeth.

The dress code for the conference is Business Casual.
The dress code for the Presidential Awards Dinner is Black Tie (formal attire) – the theme is Celebrating 20 Years in Africa – African Chic.
